Shaping, bending, and reinforcing the edges of the traffic sign base are done using CNC machines exclusively designed for manufacturing traffic signs. The background of the traffic sign base can be made in the required RAL color or without a coating.
The production processes are managed by experts with decades of experience in the field. We use the most advanced fiber lasers for cutting metal sheets as well as metal pipes. For cutting and shaping sheet materials, we use the latest CNC machines, designed exclusively for the production of traffic signs.
